What is a validated AR
The Activity Report (AR) is used to track the units of work or the amounts to be invoiced for a project.
Once validated, an AR can no longer be modified. If an error is identified after validation, the correction must be made in a later AR or, in some cases, by the Support team.
Correct an AR for a Time and Materials project
If an error relates to the number of units of work delivered:
- The provider can make an adjustment in the AR for the following month.
- See the approval guide for an AR in Time and Materials.
For any other change (for example if it is the last month of the project), contact the Support team directly.
Correct an AR for a Capped Time and Materials project
If an error relates to the amount to be invoiced:
- The provider can adjust the total amount in the AR for the following month.
- See the approval guide for an AR in Capped Time and Materials.
For any other change (especially if it is the last month of the project), contact the Support team.
Good to know
- After validation, an AR cannot be reopened or modified.
- Adjustments are always made through the AR for the following month, except at the end of a project when Support intervention is required.
- Timely and compliant validation of ARs is required for invoicing and payments.
