The different status of a proposal
After responding to RFPs, you will then be able to see the status of your proposals, track their progress and get information about the actions required from you or your Client. Let's have a look in this article at how to retrieve your proposals, identify the different possible status and find what they mean.

Access the proposal you have sent
To access the status of your proposals:
- Go to the RFPs tab and click on My Marketplace RFPs
- On the page that will appear, go to the Active RFPs tab. Each proposal may be found on a card, linked to the corresponding RFP. There, you will find a summary of all key details, notably the price, as well as the status of the proposal.
Good to know
The Active RFP tab contains all proposals sent for RFPs that are still open.
The other tabs give you access to the following information:
- Contracting in progress: gathers proposals selected by Clients and whose project status is Legal verification in progress
- Won RFP: gathers proposals selected by Clients and whose associated project status is not Legal verification in progress
- Lost RFP: proposals rejected by Clients on RFPs now closed
