The status of projects enable you to track the life cycle of the projects within your scope. This article explains to you what the existing status are and their meaning.

The different status available for your projects
When you wish to verify the status of your projects, go to the My projects tab to be redirected to your projects grid. There, you will be able to sort and organize your projects in the Status column according to the following status:

The status of Legal verification in progress
When the status of your project PO-xxxxx-x remains on Legal verification in progress, you may have to take action.
There may be three possible reasons for your project to be given the status of Legal verification in progress:
- It is possible that we may be waiting for the Purchase Order from your Client in order to validate the project and henceforth allow you to fill in your Activity Report. In this instance, please get in touch with your point of contact for the Client and inform them of the need to share with our Support team the relevant Purchase order.
- It is possible that your legal documents on the platform are not up-to-date. Please make sure to upload an updated version of your legal documents at your earliest convenience, then notify the Support team.
- Verify that the banking details that you have added to the platform are up-to-date and correct. To modify them, you as the Director of the account should access the Company tab and click on Settings. Then, click on the Invoicing sub-menu and scroll down to the Company bank details section, where you will be able to add, modify, update your banking details.
