Manage collaborators within your company

Add collaborators
As an Account Administrator, you can add collaborators from your company who need access to the platform.
Steps to add a collaborator
Go to Company > Collaborators.
Click Add collaborator (top right).

For each collaborator, enter:
Last name (required)
First name (required)
Email (required)
Role at company level (optional) — see related article
Entity(ies) or sub-entities to link (optional)
Click Add collaborator.
Repeat the operation if needed.
Click Validate (top right).
Collaborators will receive an email to set their password.
Manage received affiliation requests
Collaborators can register themselves on the platform and send an affiliation request. As an Account Administrator, you can accept or refuse these requests.
Steps to process requests
Go to Company > Collaborators.
Click Collaborators to validate (top right).

For each collaborator:
Activate the Company account administrator option if needed (see related article).
Click Validate collaborator to accept or click the ❌ icon to refuse.
Link collaborators to entities
This step is useful if:
you validated an affiliation request, or
you want to assign an operational role while keeping the possibility to change the assignment later.
Steps to link a collaborator to an entity
Go to Entities > Manage entities.
Search for the relevant entity.
Open general settings via the context menu (top left).
Go to the Entity collaborators section.
Select the collaborator in the drop-down list.
Choose a role: Manager or Operational.
Click Save and continue.
Edit an entity collaborator
Change the entity of a collaborator
When your organization evolves, a collaborator may change entity.
1) Remove the affiliation from the former entity
Go to Entities > Manage entities.
Search for the original entity.
Open general settings via the context menu.
In Entity collaborators, click the cross to remove the collaborator.
Click Save and continue
2) Link the collaborator to the new entity
Go to Entities > Manage entities.
Search for the new entity.
Open general settings.
In Entity collaborators, select the collaborator.
Assign them as Manager or Operational.
Click Save and continue
Change a collaborator’s role
A collaborator can change role (manager, operational, entity administrator, entity owner).
Go to Entities > Manage entities.
Search for the relevant entity.
Open general settings.
Go to Entity collaborators
Remove the collaborator from the entity (cross).
Click Save and continue.
Go back to the Entity collaborators section.
Add the collaborator with the new role.
Click Save and continue.
Delete a collaborator
Deletion at entity level
Go to Entities > Manage entities.
Search for the entity.
Open general settings.
In Entity collaborators, click the cross.
Click Save and continue.
Deletion at company level
Go to Company > Collaborators.
Search for the collaborator.
Unassign them via the context menu.
