Definition of the status of an Activity Report
The Activity Report gives an overview of your consultant's activity over a given month. According to the number of hours/days worked (for T&M project) or the billing amount requested by the business manager (fixed price project) it will impact the billing of the project.
On LittleBig Connection, several steps are needed to complete and validate each Activity report:
1. The consultant fills his Activity Report (this could be done outside the platform for some clients)
2. Its business manager validates it, on the Supplier side (this is automatic if the consultant is the same person as the business manager, which is the case for all freelancers)
3. The operational manager validates it as well, on the Client side (this could be deactivated for some client)
The status of each Activity Report works as a tag/label and give you information regarding this completion and validation process.
