Accessing proposals
This section explains how to access the proposals received, not just their statuses.
From the operations home page
On the Home page, click on the number of proposals received for a Request for Proposal (RFP).
You will see the full list of proposals associated with that RFP, along with their status.
From the list of Requests for Proposals
Go to the RFPs tab, then click on My RFPs.
In the list of RFPs, locate one marked as Published with proposals.
You’ll be directed to all the proposals received, with the Status column displayed.

Table of the status of a proposal
| Status | Description |
| Unread | The proposal has been submitted by the supplier and can be viewed. |
| Ongoing | The proposal has been viewed but has not yet been qualified. |
| Interesting | The proposal is considered relevant by the operations manager. You may now propose a meeting to the supplier or select them. |
| Not Interesting | The proposal is considered non-relevant by the operations manager. The supplier has been notified of your decision. |
| Selected | The proposal has been chosen as the best option by the operations manager and must be validated by the buyer. The supplier has been notified that their application has been preselected. |
| Approved | The proposal selected by the operations manager has been approved by the buyer. The operations manager must log in again to create the purchase request. |
| Cancelled | The proposal has been cancelled and is no longer active. |
| Appointed | The proposal has been chosen to start the project. |
| Spam |
The proposal has been qualified as off-topic and the supplier has been notified. The consequences depend on the number of proposals marked Off-topic for the same business manager:
