The different status types of a proposal

The status of proposals enable you to track the life cycle of the proposals you received on your Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This article explains to you what the existing status are and their meaning.

Access the status of proposals

To access the status of proposals received on one of your RFP, you need to go to the page listing these proposals. To do so, you can directly access the proposals of an RFP from the home page, by clicking on the number of proposals received on one of them.

Alternatively:

1. Go to the RFP tab and click on My RFPs to be redirected to the list of RFPs within your scope
2. For the RFPs with the status Published with proposals, open the action menu and click on See all proposals . You are then redirected to all the proposals received on this RFP and you can view the Status column.
