Usage of Custom fields
As a premium feature, in order to benefit from it, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, or the Support Team so as to activate it.
This feature will enable you to set up and add custom fillable fields, to the creation of a Request For Proposal process; this information may also be displayed directly in the Purchase Order & the Activity Report.
You have the option of using Custom fields directly from the LittleBig platform, as well as from your own internal tools by using interfacing options, allowing you to add supplementary data to complement your reports or KPIs.
For clients with interfacing options available, you will also be able to find this information within your own internal tools.

Setting up a Custom field
Within the menu "Company", at the top of the page, you will find an option titled "Custom Field Management", this will bring you to a page containing the total number of Custom fields created within the account:
- Click on the button in the top right hand corner of the screen called "Create a new custom field"
- Fill in the form to create your own Custom field

Technical Key: * Whether you use this feature within the LittleBig platform or from a third party internal resource via interfacing, it will be necessary to have a Technical Key. - Within LittleBig - fill inthe filed by copying the title of the value to add |
Title: ** The name of the field you would like to add, like for example: ex. ID number internally |

Description : ** Add a description of the information to fill in, like for example, ex. Please add your internal ID number |

Type of field: * You may have two options:

File (attachments): You may add attachments that your users are able to open and consult upon the creation of the new RFP, this could be a guide or glossary for the Custom field. (optional) |

Affected Entities: Within this section you may be able to chose all the entities that will use this Custom Field |

Field Association: Allows you to chose which sections to be asked this information
In both cases you would be able to decide if you would like to make the custom field mandatory or not, within the Custom field form. *** |

Note that if you have configured your custom fields as a mandatory field, it will not be possible to complete the creation of an RFP unless those fields have been fully filled in. |
Once you are satisfied with the parameters established within the Custom Fields form, you are able to save the settings and start using them.
Within the Custom Fields general list page, you may be able to:
- Modify the Custom Field
- Delete the Custom Field
- Activate/deactivate the Custom Field
