Introduction to entities
Your LittleBig Connection company account can be subdivided into different entities. These entities reflect the internal organization of your company: each entity can have independent parameters and management, and can be further divided into sub-entities. Let's see in this article the impact of entities and their different types.

Impact of entities
As an Administrator, you can create and update the entities of the account to reflect your internal organization, and attach spending lines and employees with the necessary roles.
Each Request for Proposals (RFP) issued on the platform is linked to a given entity, and respects the processes and parameters of this entity. The project that will result from this RFP will automatically be associated with this same entity.
Users who are affiliated as Collaborators on an entity can create RFPs and supervise projects on that entity.
Each entity has an assigned Manager and Deputy, who have visibility over all its sub-entities, and can be selected as validators of the RFP publication (via the implementation of validation workflows).

The types of entities available
There are two types of entities on LittleBig Connection platform:
- Legal entities: A legal entity is an autonomous company on which billing information can be based. It has its own SIRET number and VAT number.
- Organizational entities: An organizational entity is a sub-department that depends on a parent legal entity for billing information.
