LittleBig Connection is a SaaS platform that allows you to manage all your Requests for Proposals and projects. As an operational manager, make sure that the information entered when creating the RFP is correct. If not, the service provider will encounter difficulties when validating the timesheets.
> First of all, go to the Request for Proposals tab > Regularize a service.
STEP 1 - Entity
- Choose your entity from the drop-down menu.
- Select an operational manager.
The Operational manager must be assigned to the entity selected above, and will be responsible for the selection of the profile on the RFP and the follow-up of the project (validation of the provider's timesheets and management of the Purchase Order) once it has been started. - Define a buyer.
STEP 2 - Project
Title the project, provide context, objectives and deliverables.
Be specific in order to get relevant answers.
In order to give more visibility to the providers, you can indicate the estimated duration of the mission as well as the rhythm of intervention. You can also insert an attachment.
STEP 3 - Location
You have the option to make the RFP confidential. The information allowing to identify your company (logo, name, project's location) are hidden when the RFP is confidential. This may reduce the relevance of the proposals you will receive.
Please indicate the project location and specify the type of work : no remote, occasional remote, full remote.
If travels are planned, you may indicate this in this section.
STEP 4 - Skills
Indicate at least 3 skills / languages desired by entering them in the search bar. You can specify the level of expertise expected.
The more precise you are in the skills you indicate, the more the proposals will correspond to your expectations.
STEP 5 - Duration and budget
Indicate the expected start date.
You may choose to specify the duration of the purchase order and whether it is renewable.
Secondly, please indicate the estimated maximum budget in Euros and the unit: per day or hour.
Intermediation fees may be applied depending on the publication criteria and the selected provider.
STEP 6 - Publish
"Send to recipients"
Send your RFP directly to providers who are members of our community (via their name or email address) or to providers who are not registered on the platform (via their email address).
In all cases, they will receive your tender by email and will be able to consult it on the platform (provided they have created their account).
Your RFP will then be published after validation (according to the selected validation workflow). Check that the RFP is registered and validated by the entire decision chain. To do this, monitor the workflow and indicate if a person is missing validation.
