How the rating criteria work
Each month, during the validation of Activity Reports (AR), a bidirectional rating system is available.
Consultant side: rating the project
When submitting the AR, the consultant can give a rating and leave a comment based on three criteria:
- Project interest (0 to 5 stars)
- Work environment (0 to 5 stars)
- Project visibility (0 to 5 stars)
Client side (Operational Manager): rating the consultant
When validating the AR, the client (Operational Manager) can evaluate the consultant’s performance based on:
- Know-how / Methodology (0 to 5 stars)
- Technical expertise (0 to 5 stars)
- Communication (0 to 5 stars)
How consolidated ratings are calculated and displayed
The evaluations submitted by both parties are used to calculate a consolidated average rating.
- The consolidated rating reflects feedback from both clients and service providers.
- It can be viewed under My Projects > Project Rating.
