Change the Operational manager or Buyer assigned to a project
During a project, you may wish to change the Operational manager or Buyer who has been assigned to a project. To do so:
- Access the Projects tab to be redirected to the page containing the list of projects within your scope.
- On the relevant project, open the action menu (Menu.png) and click View.
- In the panel that appears on the right side of your screen, scroll down to the Clients section. Depending on the assignment to modify (Operational manager or Buyer), open the corresponding menu and click Change the assignment.
- In the window that appears, select the new person to assign to the project, as well as the start and end dates of the assignment, then click Validate.
- Confirm the assignment by clicking Yes.
Important
The new Operational manager or Buyer assigned to the project must be part of the entity to which the project is linked.
Assign an additional person to a project
In the absence of the Operational manager or Buyer assigned to a project (vacation, sick leave, etc.), you can assign an additional person so that the necessary actions can be carried out. To do so:
- Access the Projects tab to be redirected to the page containing the list of projects within your scope.
- On the relevant project, open the action menu (Menu.png) and click View.
- In the panel that appears on the right side of your screen, scroll down to the Clients section. Depending on the type of user to add (Operational manager or Buyer), open the corresponding menu and click Add.
- In the window that appears, select the person to add to the project, as well as the start and end dates of the assignment, then click Validate.
- Confirm the assignment by clicking Yes.
