Change the Operational manager or Buyer assigned to a project
During a project, you may wish to change the Operational manager or Buyer who has been assigned to a project. To do so:
- Access the Projects tab to be redirected to the page containing the list of the projects within your scope
- On the project for which you wish to change the assignment, open the action menu and click on View
- In the tab that will appear on the right of your screen, scroll down to the Clients section. Depending on the assignment (Operational manager or Buyer) you wish to change, open the corresponding menu and click on Change the assignment
- In the window that will appear, select the new person you wish to assign to the project, as well as the start and end dates of this assignment, then click Validate
- Confirm the assignment by clicking Yes

Assign an additional person to a project
In the absence of the Operational manager or Buyer assigned to a project (in case of vacation, sick leave, etc.), you can assign an additional person to the project so that the necessary actions can be carried out. To do so:
- Access the Projects tab to be redirected to the page containing the list of the projects within your scope
- On the project for which you wish to change the assignment, open the action menu and click on View
- In the tab that will appear on the right of your screen, scroll down to the Clients section. Depending on the type of user (Operational manager or Buyer) you wish to add, open the corresponding menu and click on Add
- In the window that will appear, select the new person you wish to assign to the project, as well as the start and end dates of this assignment, then click Validate
- Confirm the assignment by clicking Yes
