Eleven VMS: a new brand to reinvent supplier management

The world of work is evolving. Companies today are seeking more flexibility, performance, and control in how they collaborate with their external partners.

At LittleBig Connection, we have been supporting this transformation for over 10 years, creating links between companies and consulting firms, freelancers, and IT service companies (ESN). We have built two complementary offers, each growing and maturing at its own pace:

• A marketplace to source and easily contract with non-listed providers.
• A VMS (Vendor Management System) to finely and structurally manage relationships with listed providers.

Today, a new chapter begins.
 

A major clarification

We are proud to announce the official launch of Eleven VMS, a brand fully dedicated to our supplier management software activity.

This separation clarifies our two offers and helps you better identify contacts, features, and services associated with each need:

• Eleven VMS allows you to centralize, manage, and contract all your relationships with your listed suppliers.
• LittleBig Connection remains the leading marketplace to collaborate with non-listed suppliers.
   

This launch reflects a clear strategy, supported by a new identity, independent governance, and a strong ambition for product excellence.

Why “Eleven VMS”?

Because our mission is to elevate supplier management to a whole new level — Elevate the Vendor Management System.  We see consulting firms, freelancers, and IT service companies not as mere suppliers but as true strategic partners.  Eleven VMS is designed to create a clear, fair, and high-performing framework where everyone’s value can fully express itself.

A platform redesigned for you

With Eleven VMS, we provide a concrete answer to three key challenges expressed by our clients:

• Centralize tools, processes, and actors on a single interface.
• Simplify user journeys with a smooth, intuitive UX, interconnected with your existing tools.
• Manage your activities efficiently thanks to a secure framework, reliable data, and clear reporting.

One vision, two expertise areas, one goal: better collaboration.

LittleBig Connection and Eleven VMS are now two complementary brands, with clearly identified environments, specific roadmaps, and dedicated contacts.
 

Practically, what changes for you?

The transformation is primarily visual and functional, to offer you a clearer and more coherent experience.

You will evolve in a purple universe, in the colors of the new Eleven VMS brand.

This applies to all key screens: homepage, RFP pages, activity reports, transactional emails… Each element will now reflect the identity of the used service.

And if you use both offers?

You continue to manage everything from the Eleven VMS platform, as today.

But the distinction between the two services is now visible on several levels:

• When a proposal comes from a supplier on the LittleBig Connection marketplace, a specific logo clearly identifies it.

• On the detail page of a proposal, or in notification emails, you now know where each mission comes from.
• You can choose, for each RFP, whether to publish it or not on the LittleBig Connection marketplace. If you activate this option, you will easily identify, via a LittleBig Connection icon, which proposals come from the marketplace, and which come from your listed panel.

This allows you to keep control, while benefiting from complementary services in a unified interface.

And what about your suppliers?

The supplier side environment follows the same logic of clarification.

Suppliers working with clients via Eleven VMS will see the interface in the colors of this brand (purple).

If they work only through the marketplace, the interface will be blue, with a visible LittleBig Connection logo.

💡 A supplier can choose to register only on Eleven VMS, or activate the marketplace by signing a dedicated contract. This choice is reversible at any time.

A word about the URL and access

Even though Eleven is a new brand, the access URL does not change (littlebigconnection.com).

This ensures smooth access to the platform, with no impact on simplified URLs, SSO integrations, or white-label configurations.

If your environment is customized with your logo, it will remain in place.

What about the product roadmap?

The brand separation is also accompanied by distinct roadmaps, with particular attention paid to user experience.

The two offers will thus evolve in a complementary way, while meeting the specific needs of their users.

FAQ 

Does the login URL change? No, the access URL does not change, you can still use the usual link littlebigconnection.com.

How to contact support? Contact us by email at support@littlebigconnection.com for any questions or comments.

Will my notification emails be sent from a different address? Emails you receive will be sent from mail@elevenvms.com if you use the VMS. Otherwise, you will receive your emails from the usual mail@littlebigconnection.com address.
