Eleven VMS: a new brand to simplify your experience

At LittleBig Connection, we have been supporting this transformation for over 10 years, connecting companies with consulting firms, freelancers, and IT service companies (ESNs). We have built two complementary offerings, each growing and maturing at its own pace:

• A marketplace to easily respond to business RFPs without needing to be an approved vendor.
• A VMS (Vendor Management System) to manage and streamline your projects with key account clients where you are already an approved vendor. 

Today marks a new milestone to clarify these two experiences. 

A new identity to better support you

We are proud to announce the official launch of Eleven VMS, a brand entirely dedicated to our software business for managing approved vendors. 

This separation clarifies our two offerings and helps you better identify the contacts, features, and services associated with each need:
 

• LittleBig Connection remains the marketplace where you can apply for projects posted by companies where you are not an approved vendor.
• Eleven VMS becomes the dedicated environment for collaborating with your clients once you are an approved vendor, giving you a unified and collaborative access to all RFPs from your approved clients. 

This launch reflects a clear strategy, supported by a new identity, independent governance, and a strong ambition for product excellence.

Our goal: to provide you with a clearer, smoother, and more efficient experience, tailored to each type of collaboration so you can grow your business more easily—whether via the marketplace or through direct client relationships. 

Why “Eleven VMS”?

Because our mission is to elevate the vendor relationship to a whole new level — Elevate the Vendor Management System. 
We view consulting firms, freelancers, and ESNs not as simple vendors, but as true strategic partners. 
Eleven VMS is designed to create a clear, fair, and high-performing framework where everyone’s value can be fully realized.

With Eleven VMS, we reinforce this clarity by:

• Distinguishing user journeys
• Simplifying navigation
• Making each service easily identifiable.

Practically speaking, what changes for you?

The transformation is primarily visual and functional, to provide a clearer and more consistent experience.

The platform now adopts a dual visual identity depending on the context:

• When working with an approved client, you will see a purple environment with Eleven VMS branding.
  
  
   

• If you only use our LittleBig Connection marketplace, the environment will be blue to highlight the distinction. 

  

This applies to all screens you use daily: homepage, RFPs, activity reports, and transactional emails. 

Special attention has also been given to authentication. Two distinct login journeys have been created: one via the Eleven website, one via the LittleBig Connection website. In both cases, you will be automatically redirected to the appropriate interface.

And if you use both offerings?

You will maintain a unified experience: all your projects will still be managed from a single interface, Eleven VMS. 

RFPs and projects coming from the LittleBig Connection marketplace will now be identified with a specific logo, whether in proposals, detail pages, or emails.

This ensures you always know which framework you are working under:

• A project with an approved client: via Eleven VMS
• An intermediation project: via LittleBig Connection.

Your registration, your choices

When registering (or if you are already registered), you will be able to choose:

• To join only Eleven VMS (for relationships with your approved clients)
• Or to also join the marketplace by signing a dedicated contract with LittleBig Connection.

This choice is completely flexible: you can adjust it anytime according to your needs directly from the platform under company settings.

What does not change

• The platform access URL remains the same: littlebigconnection.com.
• If you use simplified access or SSO, everything remains operational.

Will my notification emails change? Yes: 
- If you use the VMS, you will receive your notifications from mail@elevenvms.com. 
- If you use the marketplace, emails will come from mail@littlebigconnection.com.
