Change the assignation of a person on a project
It may happen that you may like to change the assigned consultant or business manager of a project.
To do so, please:
- Access the My projects tab and you will be redirected to a page containing the total summary table of the projects within your scope
- For the project in question, click on the burger menu under the column Options and click on View
- In the window that will open on the right of your screen, ensure that the toggle button in the middle of the window is on Suppliers
- Depending on the type of user that you would like to change (Consultant or Business Manager), click on Change the assignment under the person's name, fill in the required information: Consultant (to choose from the drop-down menu), start and end dates, then click on Validate.

The consultant is the one who has to fill in the Activity Report at the end of each month. Take into account that a business manager may be appointed as both business manager and consultant on a single project. |

Add a Business manager to a project
It may happen that the Business manager assigned to a project may have to be substituted (because of holidays, sick leaves, turnover, etc.). To do this, rather than changing the assignment of the Business manager, you can add a second one to the same project, following the steps below:
- Access the My projects tab, and you will be redirected to a page containing the total summary table of the projects within your scope
- For the project in question, click on the burger menu under the column Options and click on View
- In the window that will open on the right of your screen, ensure that the toggle button in the middle of the window is on Suppliers
- At the bottom right, under the Business Manager column, click on (+) Assign another Business Manager
- In the new pop-up, select the additional Business Manager in the drop-down menu, select the start and end dates, and click on Validate
