Browse and respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) on a freelance account

Browsing Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
Once your freelancer account is created, you can browse available Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and respond to those matching your profile.
When you log in, a preview of published RFPs is visible on the homepage, on the left-hand side.
To access the full list:
Open the RFPs tab.
Click Search an RFP.
Searching for an RFP
You can search by:
ID,
keyword,
skill,
role,
company name.
You can also apply filters such as location or project start date via All criteria.
Each RFP includes a summary card with key information.
Tip
Click the bookmark icon to save an RFP and find it later in Favorites RFPs.
Viewing RFP details
By opening an RFP, you can access:
client company name*;
RFP creation date;
RFP reference (e.g. RFP-000000-0);
project context;
objectives (for fixed-price managed projects only);
expected deliverables;
required skills;
project start date and estimated duration;
purchase order duration;
project location*.
Important
Clients may choose to anonymize their RFP. In this case, the company name and project location are hidden.
Asking a question about an RFP
To ask a question:
Open the Questions / Answers tab under the RFP header.
Post a public message.
Messages are visible to all users with access to the RFP and cannot be deleted.
Tip
To send a private message to the client, you must first submit a proposal.
Responding to a Request for Proposal
To respond:
Click Respond to the RFP.
Accept the client’s specific terms if required.
Complete the proposal form.
Information to provide

Sales pitch explain why your profile is relevant and how your experience and skills meet the client’s needs.
If proposals are anonymized, your identity is displayed as a trigram.
Availability date : date from which you can start the project.

Proposal price:
Listed freelancer: enter the rate proposed to the client.
Non-listed freelancer: enter the amount you wish to receive; the client rate is calculated automatically.
Immediate payment option (if available): paid option allowing payment three days after activity report validation.
Skills file: select your skills file to include your profile.
Important
If on-site presence is required, you must confirm it to submit your proposal.
After completion:
Click Submit proposal.
If interested, the client may schedule a qualification meeting or select your proposal directly.
Important
After two off-topic proposals, your next proposals will only be visible after a four-day delay.

skills level,
soft skills,
seniority.
Your proposal
Pay special attention to:
Daily rate: balanced and aligned with expectations;
Availability: matching the requested start date;
Location: compatible with your mobility;
Interest: only apply to projects that genuinely interest you.
