General measures
All the LittleBig Connection staff has been sensibilized to the topic of data protection, and we linked by a deep commitment to confidentiality of data. Our IT teams have been trained in Data Protection and are also able to rapidly respond in case of any unlikely violation of personal data.
At LittleBig Connection we have matched our security to the standards issued by the ISO 27001 normative. In addition to this, your data is hosted in Île-de-France (France), at the bosom of a Scaleway data center environment, an ISO 27001 certified hosting provider (more information here)
Data is managed in silos in a compartmentalized manner, so as to ensure maximum confidentiality. We do not transfer, sell nor rent your data to any third party under any pretext, with the exception of where the request comes from an administrative or judicial authority.

Specific measures to protect personal data
Given its status as the responsible party in data management, LittleBig Connection has applied itself to adopt the rules enacted by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR regulation n°2016/679) as follows:
Lawfulness and fairness
Any user who has an account on our platform must first consent to the conditions set out in our privacy policy. Without this agreement, we would not proceed to collect the data.
Transparency
We are committed to acting with full transparency, and to respond to any requests relating to the management of data in our possession.
Purpose limitation
We process the data collected with the purpose to fulfil the obligations we have undertaken towards our users: the creation of the connection between Clients and Suppliers. We may also have to process this data for statistical reasons as well as for better management and use of the platform. In the end, this data may also be used to communicate with you in order to have a better grasp of the features of the platform (tutorials, alerts, etc.) and more accurately share targeted commercial proposals.
Minimization of data
We only collect the personal data that is strictly necessary for the correct execution of our mission; this includes: last name, first name, email, and other data shared by the user from their Curriculum Vitae. LittleBig Connection does not process any sensitive data.
Accuracy
The data held by us is composed of the data shared by your own initiative, no more, no less. Should you wish you, you may modify and update your profile directly on the platform at any point.
We may also start the modification of your data upon request, subject to the assurance that the request originates from you. In those instances, we may require you to provide proof of identity, in case of a legitimate concern or doubt.
Rights concerning the access, limitation, deletion, opposition, and portability of personal data
Any user of the platform that wishes to exercise the rights awarded to them by the European regulation n° 2016/679 called GDPR, may at any point send a request to the team responsible for data protection (composed of our DPO). The latter undertakes to respond to any request within one month of reception. Moreover, LittleBig Connection has appointed an externally sourced Data Protection Officer to ensure that LittleBig Connection complies to the legislation relative to the protection of personal data. Limitations to data conservation
We do not keep any personal data indefinitely. In case of inactivity on the platform from your part that exceeds a timeframe of three years, your data will be deleted.
Integrity, confidentiality and security of the data
If you are a service provider, please know that your data is rendered anonymous (via the use of initials) including at the stage where the tender is published (Request for Proposals). This data will only become available to authorized LittleBig Connection personnel who are configured to have access to it.
All of our data is hosted and processed within the European Union. We do not transfer any data outside this space.
Responsibility
LittleBig Connection has established and keeps up to date, a record of the treatment of the data it works from. The principles of privacy are by design, applied to the conception of new services or projects. Impact analysis is carried out in case of suspicion of risk to the security of personal data.
