Invoicing depends on a validation workflow involving everyone assigned to the mission (freelancers, consultants, sales managers, operational managers, etc.). You must therefore ensure that your timesheets are validated before the end of the month.

Step 1: View your timesheets
Client : go to the tab Timesheet / Invoices > Activity Reports
Step 2: Select a timesheet to validate
In the event of a delay, an alert will pop up on your homepage
Step 3: check that the information provided is accurate
- Remember to carefully verify:
- the number of days worked
- the number of additional days worked on call
- the consistency of the description and the objectives of the missions
- the deliverables
- the submitted expense reports
Step 4: click on validate
Here you go! Your timesheet is validated 😊
