Invoicing depends on a validation workflow involving everyone assigned to the mission (freelancers, consultants, sales managers, operational managers, etc.). You must therefore ensure that your timesheets are validated before the end of the month.

STEP 1
In the dynamic table, click on STATUS DETAIL and check only VALIDATED BY THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to display your timesheets to be validated.
Then click on View the timesheet.
STEP 2
Check the number of days worked as well as the expenses and on-call notes filled in by the supplier.
STEP 3
Evaluate the service delivery, and inform the project’s objectives and deliverables.
STEP 4
Click on Check the Billing Details and make sure there is no error.To validate the Timesheet, click on Validate billing voucher.
