LittleBIG Connection is a SaaS platform that allows you to manage all of your Request for Proposals and projects. As an Operational Manager, please ensure that the information you enter when creating the RFP is good. If not, the supplier will encounter difficulties when validating the timesheet.
First of all, connect on littlebigconnection.com
Click on RFPs, then on Write and Publish a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the market place.
Choose your entity from the drop-down menu. Select an operational manager.
This person is responsible for validating the publication of your Request for Proposal.
Your Request for Proposal will only be available for consultation after validation.
If, at the time of publication, the operational manager is unable to validate it, please send it to the alternate. Define a buyer.
You have the option to make the RFP confidential. Give a title to the project, context, the roles and
responsibilities and deliverables. Be specific in order to benefit from relevant answers. Then select the location where the mission will take place.
You can ask suppliers to enter their level of competence. Indicate computer skills, functional, etc. sought after with the level of expertise expected. Also, inform the languages to be mastered.
The more precise you are on the skills; you will get more relevant proposals.
You may be asked to fill in a profile code and project code. Specify the maximum budget and the start and end date. Click on Calculate from End Date to to have the estimated number of WU for the project.
If you know the number of days of the mission and the start date, click on Calculate date from duration to get the end date. Do the same for the Purchase Order.
If you make an error in the number of Work Units, the supplier will not be able to validate his timesheet.
Select the publication workflow specific to your entity.
When you create a package RFP, you have the possibility to attach up to 5 attachments. You can then attach the corresponding specifications.
