Billing for a Connect mission
Our payment terms have recently changed and may differ depending on your situation:
If you signed your contract before April 28, 2025:
As part of a Connect mission, LittleBig Connection acts as an intermediary in the contractual and financial relationship with your client. Specifically, we receive payment from your client before passing it on to you.
- By default, we wait for your client's payment before proceeding with yours. The delay varies depending on your client (30, 45, 60 days, etc.).
- If you activated the Immediate Payment option, you will receive your payment within 3 to 5 days after your client validates the activity report.
If you signed your contract on or after April 28, 2025, and you are based in France:
You benefit from guaranteed predictable payments. This means you will receive your payment with fixed deadlines (3J, 30J, 60J depending on the option you selected) following the validation of the activity report.
How does it work?
- Choose the payment option that best suits your situation at the start of your mission
- Declare your activity report at the end of each month
- You are guaranteed to be paid within the specified deadlines: 3, 30, or 60 days after the validation of the Activity Report by your client.
Our payment options

Tracking the billing process
If your billing information is correct, the first step in the process concerns your activity report. Each month, you must submit your activity report (CRA) for your client to validate it.
Once the CRA is validated by the client, the invoice is automatically generated (in specimen mode) by the platform. To access it, go to the CRA/Invoices tab, click on Invoices, and you will find it in the Connect Invoices tab.
[Optional] Manual invoice import
If you chose manual import of your invoices, you can do so once your client has validated your activity report. In this case, the payment process for your mission cannot be triggered until you have imported your invoice after this validation.
Once the invoice is imported, it must be validated by our Finance team. Once validated:
- the specimen will be replaced by the final invoice, available for download in PDF format;
- it will be sent to your client;
- the payment deadline will start running, according to the due date indicated on the invoice.
Good to know
- If your project started before April 28, 2025, you can track the status of your invoice. Once payment is received from your client, we will proceed with your payment within 5 to 8 business days.
- If you have activated the Immediate Payment option, you will receive your payment within 3 to 5 days after your invoice is validated by our teams.
- If your project started in France on or after April 28, 2025, you will receive your payment with fixed deadlines (3J, 30J, 60J depending on the option chosen), after the validation of the invoice by our teams.
