Guaranteed Payment Terms
(Available only for new missions performed in France from April 28, 2025)
Cash flow is a key concern. That’s why LittleBig Connection now allows you to choose your preferred payment term at the start of the mission. Simple, direct, and guaranteed.
💡 LittleBig Connection offers you 3 options:

Applicable fees (2.5% or 5% of the daily rate) are directly deducted from your invoice. You are paid on fixed dates, with no delays or uncertainty, so you can focus on what matters: your mission.
How does it work?

Choose the payment option that best suits your situation at the start of the mission. Once selected, it cannot be changed during the mission. Take time to assess its impact by estimating the amount you'll receive on the selection screen.
- Submit your activity report at the end of each month.
- You’re guaranteed to be paid on time : within 30 or 60 days after your client's approval of the Activity Report, or within 3 business days for Flash option.
Why this system?
This new option ensures you:
- Guaranteed payment terms: Receive your payments on fixed dates. No uncertainty, you’re protected from possible delays.
- A choice that suits you: Select your payment delay at the start of the mission: 60, 30, or 3 days, depending on your cash flow needs.
- Simplified management: Focus on your mission and client relationship. No need to chase invoices — predict your cash flow with reliable monthly payment terms.
Immediate Payment
(Available only for missions performed outside France or started before April 28, 2025)
For missions outside France or started before April 28, 2025, you can choose the Immediate Payment option. With this, you’re paid within 3 to 5 days once your Activity Report (CRA) is approved — no need to wait for your client’s payment.
This option is available for missions under LittleBig Connection's contractual intermediation.
How does it work?
- Per-mission activation: Immediate Payment can’t be enabled by default for all missions. You must choose it individually for each one.
- Flexibility: You can activate Immediate Payment for some missions and not for others.
- Cost: €20 per day worked, directly deducted from your invoice.
- Manual invoicing: In this case, the option is enabled after uploading your monthly invoice (including the fee).
- Availability: For some missions under LittleBig Connection intermediation, this option may not be available.
Enable or Disable:
You can enable Immediate Payment when responding to a Call for Tenders or accepting a mission extension request.
So it’s important to consider whether this option is relevant for you, depending on your client's payment schedule.
When responding to a Call for Tenders
To enable Immediate Payment when responding to a Call for Tenders:
- Go to the Call for Tenders page you’re applying to
- Click Respond to Call for Tenders
- Fill out your proposal information (see this article for more details)
- Toggle the switch next to Immediate Payment
- Click Submit Proposal to send it to the client
Important
When modifying a proposal already sent, all previously selected boxes will be unchecked automatically.
Please make sure to:
- Re-check mandatory boxes (e.g. mission-specific conditions).
- Re-select your options (e.g. Immediate Payment).
If your proposal is accepted and you win the Call for Tenders, Immediate Payment will be activated from the first month of the mission.
⚠️ Warning: If you modify a previously sent proposal, all options will be deselected. Don’t forget to reselect them before validating.
During a mission extension
To activate Immediate Payment when accepting a mission extension:
- Go to the Call for Tenders tab, then Extensions section.
- Open the contextual menu of the request and click View Proposal.
- Review the extension information (more details here).
- Enable the Immediate Payment option.
- Click Accept Extension.
💡 Activation issue?
If the feature is not activated when it should be, contact our Support team. The change will take effect starting from the next validated Activity Report (CRA).
Disabling Immediate Payment
You can request Immediate Payment deactivation at any time by contacting our Support team.
Immediate effect: Deactivation takes effect from the next submitted CRA.
If your CRA is already validated: Deactivation will apply to the next one.
