Update note - February 2025

This product note includes some minor changes to be released in February 2025.

		Client Universe - Clients will now see the Fixed Price RFP name updated to Capped Time and Materials across the platform. The RFP creation and management process remain unchanged – only the terminology has been updated for clarity.
		Supplier Universe - Suppliers will now see Capped Time and Material instead of Fixed Price when responding to this type of RFP. The submission process remains the same, with proposals still based on time spent within a predefined budget package.
