Introduction to the automatic legal documents retrieval
The LittleBig Connection platform is now directly connected to INPI database. This means that suppliers no longer need to remember to manually updating their Kbis to initiate or continue a project; we will automatically upload the latest version of the INPI extract to the platform. For clients, this enhancement ensures they can trust in the compliance of their projects.
This improvement only applies for France-based suppliers, as the Kbis is a specific French legal document. We plan to expand the use cases of this integration to other legal documents in the future.

Functioning of the automatic documents retrieval

At registration
When a new supplier registers on the LittleBig Connection platform, they simply need to enter their company SIRET number. This action automatically populates their company information (name and address). After completing the registration and signing the platform master service agreement, the INPI extract will be automatically retrieved and validated, and you will be able to see the uploaded document on the administrative documents page, in the Kbis section.

During a project
Once a supplier has been selected to carry out a Connect project, the INPI extract will be retrieved at 2 key moments:
- Before the start of a project: When the status is Legal verification in progress, we check the issue date of the latest extract. If it is older than six months, a new version will be automatically uploaded.
- During a project: Every six months, the INPI extract will be automatically updated, and the latest version will be uploaded to the platform.
Important
At registration, if the API call successfully retrieves company data, but the user manually overrides this information, the legal document retrieved at contract signature will be marked as To be validated, and our team will verify it.
Similarly, during a project, if the last Kbis document was manually uploaded (not retrieved via the API), the newly retrieved document will be marked as To be validated.
