Introduction to the new reporting module
Thanks to your feedback, we have reviewed and enhanced the reporting module available on the platform for client administrators. Data is still available at a glance, with more indicators, more dimensions to analyze and also additional capabilities. The information is split between two main tabs:
- Purchasing performance: monitor the trend of your activities and see the overall impact of your purchasing strategy

Supplier engagement
- Individual supplier tracking: access detailed insights about each supplier performance
- Comparative supplier analysis: compare suppliers on specific indicators and optimize your lists
Export capabilities have been expanded so that you can go deeper in the analysis and share insights with your team.
As a first step, reports will be displayed in English only.

Global dashboard
Within this dashboard, we have compiled for you more than X indicators so that you can have a comprehensive view of the state of your activity. You can either use the aggregated view (by default), or analyze a more precise scope thanks to the main filters:
- Entity
- Region
- Client user
Thanks to this, you can know the volume of needs and active projects you have, their evolution and how it relates to your engaged spendings. You can also assess the efficiency of your sourcing process and its evolution to determine if improvement actions are needed. Also, for you to reduce the legal risks linked to these professional services, we have added a dedicated KPI for projects longer than 2 years.

Suppliers dashboard
A summary of indicators is displayed at the top of this dashboard for you to have a view of your panel and its overall performance. Then, thanks to two subpages, you can go into details on each supplier and compare them to the others to make informed decisions to adjust your lists.

Individual supplier tracking
This dashboard allows you to easily prepare any supplier review meeting by going into the details of a supplier performance. Additionally to the main filters (entity, region, client user), you also have specific ones:
- Suppliers
- Period
- Suppliers lists
Once you have chosen a supplier among the list available in the filter, the indicators will be updated and compared to the average of your lists.
You will see different aspects of:
- their performance (reactivity, response rate, quality of answers, top profile codes, etc.)
- their competitiveness (average rate)
- their engagement (volume of projects they have compared to your overall scope)
- their compliance (respect of the rate grid)

Comparative suppliers analysis
This dashboard allows you to have a dynamic referencing process, that is more performing and less time-consuming than a traditional referencing process. You can easily compare your suppliers between each other on each KPI. With this information, several analyses can be done so that you take the right actions to improve the performance of your panel.
If a supplier is part of various lists, you can see where they perform best and ensure they receive these specific needs and may be not the others. You can also easily see which are the top and worst performers within each list, or for each type of need.
