Non-invoiced working units in supplier proposals - Release note 11.70 (June)

This update to the LittleBig Connection platform includes the possibility for preferred suppliers to add non-invoiced working units (WU) to their proposal for a Time and Materials (T&M) RFP.

Add non-invoiced working units on your proposals (suppliers)

As a freelancer or business manager, you now have the possibility to add non-invoiced working units (WU) on your proposals. This is available only when responding to a Time and Materials (T&M) RFP from one of your preferred client who has activated this feature.

Non-invoiced WU are complementary to the rate you submit, as part of your financial proposal, so that you have more options and flexibility on this, and are not mandatory.

To add non invoiced WU, you will have a dedicated field, just below the one for your rate, on the proposal page. In this field, you can either enter a number of days (and half days) or a round number of hours, depending on the working unit of the RFP.

As Client user, if a preferred supplier add non-invoiced WU to their proposal, you will see them under the submitted price.
