Attach documents to your proposals - Update note 11.44 (March)
This update to the LittleBig Connection platform includes the possibility for suppliers (business managers and freelancers) to attach documents to a proposal when responding to a Request for proposal (RFP).

Enhanced proposal submission with attachment capabilities
To enhance your chances of winning a project on the LittleBig Connection platform, you can now attach files to your proposal to provide more information to the client.

Adding attachments to a proposal
When responding to an RFP, you will notice a new section in the proposal form. This section, entitled Attachments, will allow you to upload a maximum of 5 files to your proposal to share them with the client.
To upload files, you can use the drag and drop area or directly click on it. The files can be up to 5MB in size and of need to be one of the following formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, or .csv.
Once they are uploaded, you will see the following information for each:
- Document type (icon)
- Document name
- Date of upload
- Uploader's name
For each file, you then need to specify the document category from a set of predefined options:
- Technical and financial documentation
- Skills matrix
- Charter and legal document
- Other
Once you have put all the information you wanted, you can submit your proposal.

Viewing and managing attachments
Once files are uploaded and the proposal is sent, you can see them on the proposal page. They will be visible by the client as well.
If you need to make changes to the files uploaded, you can edit your proposal and delete or add other files as needed before saving the modifications. The client won't be notified that the proposal has been edited.
In case of a renewal, you can also add documents, but the documents from your previous proposal are not retrieved.
