Renewals directly from your homepage - Update note 11.37 (February)

This update to LittleBig Connection platform includes the possibility for Operational managers to take decisions on project renewals directly from their homepage.

New section on the homepage

Never two without three! We are delighted to present the third evolution of the series with the implementation of the Project renewals section on the homepage. 

Within this section, the projects displayed will be the ones that ended in the last 31 days or ending in the next 31 days, and for which no action have been taken yet.

Thanks to this, you will have visibility on projects open for renewals so that you can anticipate the workload and renew them on time, or confirm they are ending.

Manage project renewal from the homepage

The projects open for renewal will be displayed in a table with the following columns:

• Project ID
• Supplier: Consultant name and project title
• Company: supplier company name
• Days remaining: Number of days until or since the end of the project
• Price per unit: price per working unit and currency of the project
• Actions: 
  • Green button: by clicking on this, you will be able to renew the project. For a Time and materials project, it will open the recently improved popin ; for a Fixed price project, it will open the renewal RFP form. Once the renewal request is sent, the project won't appear on the homepage anymore after refreshing it.
  • Red button: by clicking on this, you will be able to indicate that the project is ending on the agreed date. Then, you can confirm this in the popin that will appear. Once this is confirmed, the project won't appear on the homepage anymore.
