.
A more straightforward direct renewal
Our goal is to make project renewal as seamless as possible. We have refined the platform's intuitiveness, cutting down the steps to renew a Time and materials project, and ensuring you have all the necessary information at a glance.
.
Intuitive selection for renewal duration
Setting the renewal duration is now easier thanks to our new card system, allowing you to effortlessly choose from pre-set durations such as one, two, three, six, or twelve months.
For custom time frames, you can easily adjust the start and end dates (to put them on weekends if needed) in the summary section on the right. Learn more about it in this section.
.
Quick update to original RFP
If any changes occurred since the start of the original project, you will be guided to review these modifications directly within the pop in, saving you time. No need to update the RFP form systematically anymore, depending on the nature of the change.
For instance, if the operational manager or buyer on the original RFP, are not part of the issuing entity anymore, then you will be able to select other ones for the renewed project. The same applies for workflow configuration, as well as for profile codes, project codes, daily fees and custom fields premium features.
Finally, daily fees are also retrieved from the original RFP to ensure consistency and transparency, and you can unselect them if needed directly within the pop in.
.
A comprehensive summary
On the right of the pop in, there is a comprehensive summary of the renewed project. There, you can check and edit other key information such as number of working units (WU), daily rate, dates, by clicking on the pencil or calendar icons. At the bottom, the total budget is clearly displayed, reflecting the number of WU, daily rate and daily fees (if applicable) provided.
Once you have made sure that all the information is correct, you can click on Renew in the bottom right corner of the pop in to notify your supplier (after the completion of the publication workflow, if applicable).
.
Renewal with RFP modification
As always, for any change to the project description, deliverables, new daily fee, etc., you can still edit the RFP form by clicking on Modify parameters at the bottom of the pop in.
In some cases, editing the RFP form will be mandatory because some specific project parameters need to be updated. In these cases, you can click on the Next button in the bottom right of the pop in to be redirected to the renewal RFP.
