Fixed - In the RFP creation form, all managers and operational managers from the issuing entity selected should be visible in the dedicated field. 

Fixed - When using a fixed price RFP template, the confidentiality setting should be retrieved. 

Fixed - The manual modification of the start date of an already published RFP should be correctly saved. 

Fixed - When the RFP start date is removed, the value should revert to the RFP creation date. 

Fixed - After deleting the project locations of an entity, the project location indicated on RFPs issued from this entity should be editable. 

Fixed - The second workflow validator should receive a notification to validate the publication of an RFP once the first validator accepted it.
