Fix note - Version 11.1.2 (October)

Fixed - If no project start date is specified when creating an RFP, the default date indicated should be the same as the RFP creation date.

Fixed - If a limit has been set at the company level about the maximum number of proposals that a supplier can send on an RFP, then the RFP owner shouldn't be able to put a higher value when creating a multi-projects fixed price RFP.

Fixed - When creating a fixed price RFP, if there is a drop-down custom field, it should be empty by default. 

Fixed - When modifying a confidential fixed price RFP, the confidentiality toggle should remain activated. 

Fixed - When duplicating a multi-projects fixed price RFP, the Multiple search toggle button shouldn't be clickable.
