Using weekends in the AR as a freelancer or consultant
During a project, it may happen that you work on some weekend days. Thanks to this update, you will now be able to fill in the work done on these specific days.
Indeed, a toggle button will be displayed on the activity report page, in the top right corner of the calendar. When you have only one ongoing project for the month, you will be able to activate a toggle button Add weekends. When you have several ongoing projects for the month, the same button will remain available. By clicking on it, you will be able to choose for which projects you want to activate the weekends.
Once the toggle is activated, Saturday and Sunday columns will appear in the calendar and are by default set to 0 working units. Their configuration is independent of the rest of the calendar, which means that if you modify a full month or week, it will only affect Mondays to Fridays. For weekends, you will need to go on each day to add working units, and the daily rate applied is the same as for other week days.

Visualization of the weekends in the AR as a business manager or client
When Freelancers and Consultants activate the toggle button for weekends, Business managers and Operational managers visualize weekends on the calendar of the AR, whether there are working units filled in or not.
Additionally, for Clients, weekends are now available in the AR API too. Indeed, once a consultant submits an AR with reported work on weekend days, these will be made visible for validation in the API too. Those that were not filled, will be automatically filled with 0.
