Product update - Version 10.26.1 (June)

This update to the LittleBig Connection platform concerns the Activity Reports (AR) and the introduction of new email notifications, in addition to the existing ones, to ensure the smooth running of your projects on the platform.

New email notification for Consultants and Freelancers

At the end of each month, you need to submit your AR on the platform (more information for Consultants in this article and for Freelancers in this article).

As the AR is an important element of your project, if you have not submitted it by the 1st of the following month, you will receive a new reminder email from that date onwards. This email will be sent daily until you have submitted your AR, for a maximum of 15 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For Consultants, your Business manager will be copied on this daily email.

If your AR is completed by transmission, API or auto-validation, depending on your Client's choice, then you will not receive this reminder email.

At the end of each month, you need to approve your Consultants' ARs on the platform (more information in this article).

As the AR is an important element of each project, if you have not approved it by the 1st of the following month, you will receive a new reminder email from that date onwards. This email will be sent daily until you have approved the relevant ARs, for a maximum of 15 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

New email notification for Clients

Each month, you need to validate the ARs of your suppliers on the platform (more information in this article).

As the AR is an important element of each project, if you have not validated it by the 4th of the following month, you will receive a new reminder email from that date onwards. This email will be sent daily until you validate the corresponding ARs, for a maximum of 15 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If the option of non-validation of ARs by Operational managers is activated, then you will not receive this reminder email.
