Improved multi-factor authentication system
Multifactor authentication is an enhanced security feature that helps protect your data against cyber threats, by preventing unauthorized access to your LittleBig Connection account. This feature is activated by default for all the expertise companies (IT service providers, etc.) having an account on LittleBig Connection and is not deactivatable.
When you log on to LittleBig Connection for the first time following the introduction of this new system, you will need to follow a few configuration steps, which we will detail below. You will then be able to use this multi-factor authentication in just a few clicks for future connections.
Thanks to MFA, you stay connected to the LittleBig Connection platform on the same device for a certain period of time. After 10 hours of inactivity, or in any case after 24 hours, you will simply need to log in again with your password. After 5 days, you will need to log in again via MFA. |
