Multiple Entity Administrators per entity

Following the creation of the Entity Administrator role, and to facilitate the day-to-day management of the entities of your company account, you can now add several Entity Administrators per entity.

As Company Administrator, in the entity form, you can select from the drop-down menu several persons who will be Administrators of the corresponding entity.

Access to budgets and spending lines for Entity Administrators

Next, to make each entity more autonomous, Entity Administrators will now have access to the budgets and spending lines menu.

This will enable them to access the list of budgets and spending lines of the entities for which they are Administrators, and also to create new budgets and spending lines for the entities they administer.

New field in the budget form

To complement the fact that Entity administrators have access to budgets, a new field has been added to the budget form. This field allows you to indicate to which entities the budget (and therefore the associated spending lines) can be applied.

For existing budgets, by default, all entities will be selected in the new field, so as not to impact your use of the platform.

As a reminder, it is still possible to choose a spending line when creating/modifying an entity, and only spending lines with the currency linked to the entity's region will be selectable.

In this new field, the entities that will be displayed in the list and selectable will be those where the Entity Administrator is assigned as such and can use the spending lines linked to this budget. If an entity has been deactivated, it will not be selectable.

Company Administrators will also have a box available to select all entities at once.

Besides, in the entity creation/modification form, only spending lines associated with budgets linked to this entity will be visible and selectable.

To deselect an entity from a budget form, you must first remove the spending lines from the entity's form.
