Fixed - Suppliers who have chosen to manually upload their invoices into LittleBig should be able to do so as soon as the Activity Report has been validated.

Fixed - In the Freelance universe, when an Activity Report is transmitted by API, the Freelancer must then be able to approve it on the platform.

Fixed - In the Freelancer universe, the tax number must be visible in the Billing settings modification window.
