Your profile serves as your skills file each time you are positioned on a Request for Proposals (RFP) to become a Consultant on a project. The more you complete your profile, the greater the chances of your proposals being considered. In this article, we'll look at how to complete and modify your profile to keep your information up-to-date.

Manage your profile
You can access your profile by clicking on the icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen, then on About me and My Profile.
On the page that will appear, you can see at a glance the completion rate of your profile, thanks to the percentage displayed on the right.
Next, several sections of information are available, which we will detail below, which you can edit by clicking on Modify or the icon, and saving your changes by clicking on Save.
|You can also pre-fill your profile by uploading a CV on the platform, by clicking on Upload a resume in the top right-hand corner. Your CV information will then be transposed into the various sections.|
If you upload another resume later on, the sections will not be updated; you'll have to do this manually.
The first section in the center of your screen contains your general information:
- Picture: having a picture makes your profile more visible on the platform
- CV Title
- Availability: allows you to indicate whether or not you're currently on a project, and if so, when you'll be available again
And, on the right-hand side of the section, you'll find an action menu allowing you to preview and download your public profile.
Experience and education
In these sections, you can list your professional and associative experiences, etc., as well as any training or degree relevant to the projects you target.
Skills and languages
On the right-hand side of your screen, you have two sections to indicate your level of expertise in different skills and languages. For skills, we offer you a list with several of them. You can check the ones that apply to you and add others by clicking on (+).
Once you've confirmed your choice, you need to indicate your level of proficiency using the drop-down menu:
- Guru (publications/awards)
Likewise for languages, you can search for a language using the search bar, then indicate your level of proficiency using the drop-down menu:
- Mother tongue
Finally, in this section, you can indicate the regions to which you can travel for the project. To do so, enter the relevant area in the search bar and choose an option from the results.
