Product update 10.26 (June)

Fixed - When a proposal validation custom workflow is activated on an entity, the validation amount for the spending line linked to this entity must be set to 0. Spending lines linked to other entities where this workflow is not activated should be able to be set to any amount.

Fixed - The Submitted price column in the proposals grid should always display the initial price proposed by the supplier, even after a negotiation took place.
