Access and navigation
To explore and analyze your company's data on LittleBig Connection, you must be logged in to the platform, then go to the Reporting tab and click on Data Stories to be redirected to the Data Stories homepage:
The Data Stories module is available in French and in English, the language switcher is located in the top right corner of the homepage.
Then, to navigate the module, you have a side menu on the left which allows you to search for a specific indicator by keyword in the search bar, and to access the different categories of indicators, called Chapters.
Then, on each page, you can apply a first level of filtering to your data using the master filters:
- Year: The year selected by default is the current year
- Country: The country where the project was carried out
- Entity: Entity to which the RFP/Project is attached. You can only select one entity at a time and this does not include its potential sub-entities.
- Supplier: Supplier in charge of the project
- Currency: The default currency selected is Euro (€)
Also, additionally to the master filters, on each indicator page you can have other specific filters. For example, for the Ongoing Projects indicator, it is possible to filter the data according to the following ones:
- Operational manager assigned to the project
- Supplier
- Entity
- Address
- Profile code
- Country of the project
Finally, you can export the data visible in the window in Excel or CSV format, by clicking on the icon in the left-hand menu, next to the indicator name.
