Affiliate colleagues to your company
Your company has selected LittleBig Connection as your partner of choice to help managing the services you externalize. As a Company Administrator, you can add your colleagues on the platform or manage the affiliation requests of those who registered by themselves. Let's see in this article how to proceed accordingly in each of these instances.

Add colleagues
As a Company Administrator, you can add colleagues who will need to access LittleBig Connection platform. To do so:
- Go to the Company tab and click on Colleagues
- In the top right corner of the page that will appear, click on Add an employee
- For each colleague:
- Fill in their personal details (mandatory): first and last name, and email address
- Select their role at the company level (optional): more information about the roles in this article
- Select the entity or sub-entity to which you wish to add them (optional)
- Click on Confirm employee
- Repeat these steps as many times as you wish to add colleagues
- Once all colleagues are confirmed, you can click on Validate in the top right corner of your screen, to confirm these additions.
Then, the colleagues receive an email informing them that you have added them, and inviting them to define a password to access the platform.

Manage the affiliation requests received
As a Company Administrator, you can also accept or reject affiliation requests made by your colleagues who did the registration process by themselves. To do so:
- Go to the Company tab and click on Colleagues
- In the top right corner of the page that will appear, click on Employees to validate
3. You will be redirected to a page with all affiliation requests received. For each colleague:

- Activate the button Company Administrator if you want this person to have, like you, the highest level of control on the account (to know more about the Administrator role, please read this article)
- Click on Validate collaborator to confirm your affiliation, or on the icon to reject the affiliation request.
