Following your comments on having more notifications to inform you when an Activity Report is to be validated, as well as when an AR has been refused and needs an action on your side, we have created new emails that you can find below:

Introduction of refusal emails for ARs
Below, the example of an email notification received by the consultant, after the Operational manager of the project rejects the validation of the Activity report for any of the reasons available to do so.

Improvement of validation reminders for ARs
Below, the example of an email notification received by the consultant, reminding them that the Activity Report for the month ongoing should be validated prior to a certain date, for a certain project and client.

After your insights shared concerning the ease of navigation and readability of our Activity Report page, we have had an extensive visual revamp of the page where the Activity reports page is filled in, as well as the table page where you may find the list of all ARs of the account, for the scope of the user.

Revamp of the AR page for clients
Special for Operationals and Managers:
The Activity Reports page has changed with your insights and feedback. Main changes include:
- Greater visibility at a glance of days worked reported by your supplier
- Find on the right upper corner of the section, a summary with all the information provided by your supplier, with the key data shown within
- Easily retrieve documentation and data added by your supplier
- If any expenses, supplementary documentation, overtime or regularizations are needed, here is where you will find the information
- Get your voice heard, just like suppliers are able to share their insights on who it is to work with you, you as well are able to share with other users of LittleBig, your insights on the service received.

Revamp of the AR page for suppliers (Directors and Business Managers)
Special for Directors and Business Managers:
- Get a quick overview of the time reported by your consultant at first glance!
- Find on the top right corner of the section a summary of the AR submitted by your consultant
- Activate the toggle to add specific details in your Activity Report and supplement the data provided by your consultant
- Add expenses, supplementary documentation, overtime as well as any needed regularization
- After having been moved from the bottom of the screen, you will now find right under the summary the validation stages of your Activity Report.
- Know where you are at, at every point and which actions are missing!

Revamp of the AR page for freelancers and consultants
Special for Freelancers and Consultants:
Let's start with:
- An improvement on the view of days worked
- You will now be able to see at a glance which days have been worked, without having to access each single day to check it
- Say goodbye to modifying the time worked day by day
- From now on, enjoy being able to modify the whole month or individual weeks in just a few clicks!
- You will still be able to modify days individually as needed
- Activate the toggle to add specific details in your Activity Report
- Enjoy greater visibility on how to fill in the work units you declare
- Add expenses, supplementary documentation, overtime as well as any needed regularization
- The section to describe your activity during the month, where you can share your insights, has been further developed to allow you to go into detail.
- This is also where you can share your opinions on this mission and enable other suppliers to know how it is to work with your client!
- Sending through an AR is important, on the right of the screen you will find the summary where you can check that the info added is all correct
- After having been moved from the bottom of the screen, you will now find right under the summary the validation stages of your Activity Report.
- Know where you are at, at every point!
