Browsing Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
When you log in to the platform, a preview of published RFPs is visible on the homepage, on the left-hand side.
To view all available RFPs:
Open the Requests for Proposal tab.
Click Search an RFP.
Searching for an RFP
On the search page, you can:
search by keyword, ID, skill, role, or company name, depending on the type of RFP you are targeting;
add filters such as location or project start date via All criteria;
display only RFPs from clients you are listed with by enabling Show RFPs for which I am preferred.
Each RFP card summarizes key information.
Tip
Click the bookmark icon in the top-right corner of an RFP to save it and find it later in Favorites RFPs.
Viewing RFP details
By opening an RFP, you can access:
client company name*;
RFP creation date;
RFP reference (e.g. RFP-0000-0);
number of profiles requested (multi-project RFPs**);
project context;
objectives (for fixed-price managed projects only);
expected deliverables;
required skills;
project start date and estimated duration;
purchase order duration;
project location*.
Important
Clients may choose to anonymize their RFP. In this case, the company name is hidden and the location is shown only by city.
Tip
An RFP with a reference such as RFP-XXXX-MULTI is a multi-project RFP.
This means the client is looking for several profiles. You can submit multiple proposals with different consultants.
In the General information section, you can see how many profiles are requested and how many have already been selected.
Asking a question about an RFP
To ask a question:
Open the Questions / Answers tab under the RFP header.
Publish a public message.
Messages are visible to all users with access to the RFP and cannot be deleted.
Tip
To send a private message to the client, you must first submit a proposal.
Responding to a Request for Proposal
To respond to an RFP:
Click Respond to the RFP in the top-right corner.
If you are not listed with the client, accept their specific terms.
Complete the proposal form.
