Your company has selected LittleBig Connection as your partner of choice to help managing the services you externalize. As an employee, to use our platform, you can register yourself and make an affiliation request to the account of your company, or you may have received an email to define your password if an Administrator from your company has already created your account. Let's see in this article how to proceed accordingly in each of these instances.

Sign up and join your company
If your company has activated the Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, you will not be able to register by yourself on the platform. Please contact a Company Administrator for them to add you on LittleBig Connection. |

Sign up to the platform and choose your profile type
To start your registration, please access this form and follow the steps below :

Fill in your personal details (first name, last name, email address) in the corresponding fields and choose a password.

The email address used during the registration process has to be active (i.e. valid when registering) and linked to an accessible mailbox (to validate your registration by email). |
2. Read and check the box indicating that you have read and accepted the LittleBig Connection privacy policy, and click on Next.
3. Once again, in the pop-up window that will appear, read and check the box indicating that you accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and Services.
4. Once it is done, you will receive an email at the address you have set,in order to activate your LittleBig Connection account and access the platform. Within this email, click on Validate my account.
If you haven't received the email, please make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder, the secondary folders of your mailbox, as well as search for the emails sent from the address: mail@littlebigconnection.com. |
5. You will be redirected to a page where you may define your profile type. In your case, select Client and then click on Next.
The Supplier status is for freelancers and expertise companies that wish to respond to the Requests for Proposals you will publish on the platform. |

Make an affiliation request to your company
As part of a Client company, you need to get affiliated to your company account.
In the window that will appear after you have selected your profile type, enter your company name in the search bar (a minimum of 3 characters is required) and click on Search.
- If you can't see your company in the search results, please verify the spelling of your company name. If you still can't find your company, please contact our Support team.
- If you see your company in the search results, simply click on Join to get affiliated.
To be effective, your affiliation request must be validated by a Company Administrator of the Company account you wish to join. |
Congratulations, you have completed the necessary steps to access the LittleBig Connection platform!
If you wish to have more or less visibility on certain elements of the platform, you can contact one of the Company Administrators internally, to ask them to change the role you have been assigned. |

Activate your account from the addition email
It is possible that an Administrator of your Company's account, already registered on the LittleBig Connection platform, has added you by filling in your first name, last name and email address. In this case, you will receive an email inviting you to define your password to access the platform, and your email address is used as your login.
In the email received, simply click on the button Define your password.
The link to define your password expires after 24 hours. |
If a message appears saying that the link has expired, click on Log in and on Forgot your password? to receive a link to reset your password.
Congratulations, you have completed the necessary steps to access the LittleBig Connection platform, and you are automatically affiliated to your company!
