Create an Account on the Platform

Enter your first name, last name, and email address, and choose a password.
Read and check the box to confirm you have read and accepted the privacy policy, then click Next.

Important

The email address must be valid and accessible so you can confirm your registration by email.
In the new window that appears, read and check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and Service.
You will receive an activation email at the address you entered. Open that email and click Validate my account.

Tip

If you don’t see the email, check your Spam / Junk / Other folders and search for emails sent from mail@littlebigconnection.com.
After clicking the validation link, you will be redirected to a page to choose your profile type. Select Client.
Click Next.

Note

The Supplier profile is for freelancers or external expertise firms that want to respond to Requests for Proposals published on the platform.

After setting your profile type, you must request to be affiliated with your company.

Type your company name in the search bar (at least 3 characters required).
If your company appears in the results, click Join.
- If your company does not appear, check the spelling or contact support.

Important

Your affiliation request must be approved by a Company Administrator. You will receive an email once it is accepted.

Congratulations, you have completed the steps needed to access the platform.

Tip

If you need different visibility or permissions, contact one of your company’s Administrators to adjust your role.

Activate your account from an invite email

If a Company Administrator has already created your account, you will receive an invite email allowing you to set your password.

Open the email and click Define your password.

Important

The password setup link expires after 24 hours.
If the link has expired, go to the login page and click Forgot your password? to request a new link.

Once completed, your account is active and you are automatically affiliated with your company.
