When you create a project with LittleBig Connection as a contractual intermediary, by default, we wait for the payment of your Client, prior to proceeding with your payment. If you don't wish to be bound by the payment delays of your Client, the Immediate settlement feature can be a solution. Let's have a look below at what this feature allows, under which conditions, and how you, as a Business Manager or Director of a Service provider, can activate/deactivate it.

Definition and conditions of application
The Immediate payment feature is an optional feature, available for some projects that have LittleBig Connection as contractual intermediary. It enables you, as a Supplier, to receive payment for your project without being dependent on your Clients' payment terms (example: if your Client pays in 30 days, you will be paid in 30 days, more or less 5 days, by default).
By activating the Immediate settlement feature, LittleBig Connection doesn't wait for your Client's payment to proceed with your payment. Indeed, once the Activity Report (AR) of your Consultant has been fully validated by your Client, you will receive payment in 3 to 5 days.
It isn't always possible to activate the Immediate settlement feature by default for all your projects, it is a choice you have to make for each of them.
Therefore, you may have some projects with the feature activated and others without.
The cost of the Immediate settlement feature is €20 per day and this amount is deducted directly from your invoice.
If you chose the option for manual upload for your invoices, then the Immediate settlement will be triggered once you have uploaded your invoice for the month in question (taking into account the fee for the Immediate settlement feature), onto the platform.
For some projects with LittleBig Connection as a contractual intermediary, it may happen that the feature isn't available.
Activate and deactivate the Immediate settlement feature
You can activate the Immediate settlement feature when you respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) or when you accept an extension request for a project.
It is therefore important to think carefully about the benefits brought by this feature for you and according to the payment terms of your Client, which can be more or less long.
When responding to an RFP
To activate the Immediate settlement feature when responding to an RFP:
- Go to the page of the RFP you wish to respond to
- Click on the green button at the top right corner of the screen Make a proposal
- Fill in the information of your proposal (for more information, please read this article)
- Check the box Activate the immediate settlement
- Click on Validate the proposal to send your proposal to the Client
When you edit a previously submitted proposal, all boxes included in the proposal are automatically unchecked.
Note that you will be required to click once again on all the corresponding boxes (example: specific conditions for the project) and the optional features you wish to activate (example: Immediate settlement)
If your proposal is selected and you are awarded the RFP, then the Immediate settlement feature is activated from the first month of your project.
When accepting an extension request
To activate the Immediate settlement feature when accepting an extension request:
- Go to the Renewals requests page in the RFPs tab
- Click on View and validate
- Verify the information of the renewal request (for more information, please read this article)
- Check the box Activate the Immediate settlement
- Click on Accept the renewal
If you notice that the feature is not activated when it should have been, you can contact our Support teams to make the change, which will be effective from the next Activity Report submitted by your Consultant.
The request to deactivate the Immediate settlement feature may be sent at any moment of your project. To do so, please contact our Support teams.
As soon as your request is processed by our teams, it is effective immediately and valid from the next Activity Report your Consultant submits.
|If your Consultant has already validated their Activity Report, the deactivation of the Immediate Payment feature will not be effective on this one, but on the next.|
