Creation of a Supplier account on LittleBig Connection

Activate your account from the invitation email
An administrator of your company account, already registered on the platform, can add you by entering your first name, last name, and email address.
You will then receive an email titled “Welcome” inviting you to set your password. The email address provided will be your login ID.
Activation steps
Step 1. Open the email you received.
Step 2. Click “Activate my account”.
Step 3. Set your password to access the platform.
Important:
The password creation link expires after 24 hours.
If the link has expired:
- Click Sign in.
- Select Forgot password to receive a new reset link.
Once activation is complete, your account is automatically linked to your company. You can then complete your profile.
Good to know:
By default, your role is Consultant. If you need additional permissions or visibility, contact an administrator so they can update your role.
Register on the platform and set up your profile
If you have not been added by a business manager or an administrator, you can create your account yourself.
Registration steps
Step 1. Go to the platform website.
Step 2. Enter your personal information: first name, last name, and email address.
Step 3. Create your password.
Step 4. Accept the privacy policy by checking the box, then click Next.
Important:
- The email address must be active and accessible.
- It must be your consulting company email address, not one provided by a client.
Step 5. Accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and Service.
Step 6. Activate your account by clicking Activate my account in the email you receive.
Good to know:
If you do not see the activation email:
- Check your spam or junk folders.
- Use your email search to look for a message sent from mail@littlebigconnection.com.
Set up your profile
After activation, you are redirected to the profile setup page.
Step 7. Select Supplier (freelancer or expert company).
Good to know:
The client status is reserved for companies that look for external profiles and publish calls for tenders.
Step 8. Choose:
- Expert company, or
- Freelance collective
Then click Next.
Good to know:
The freelancer status is intended for independent workers who do not need to be linked to a collective account.
Join your company
If you work for a consulting company, your personal account must be linked to your company account.
Steps to join a company
Step 1. In the window displayed after profile creation, enter your company name.
Step 2. Enter at least 3 characters to start the search.
Step 3. Click Search.
Your company is already on the platform
If your company appears in the search results:
Step 4. Click Join to link your personal account to the company account.
Good to know:
If you need to supervise projects or respond to RFPs, you can ask an administrator to assign you the business manager role.
Important:
Your request to join the company must be approved by an administrator of the Company account.
Once approved, you can access the platform. The following steps are no longer required.
Your company is not yet on the platform
If your company does not appear in the search results, it means it has not yet been created on the platform.
Two options are available:
- If you are not authorized to represent your company (legal representative, authorized officer, or delegate), enter the contact details of an authorized person so they can create the Company account.
- If you are authorized to represent your company, click Create my company and continue with the Company account creation.
Create your Company account
To create a Company account, you must provide the following information:
General information
- Company name
- Address
- Company registration number
Billing
- Company name
- Billing address
- Billing email address
- Phone number
Taxes
- VAT number (if applicable)
- Specific tax status
- Tax identifiers
Bank details
- IBAN
- BIC /SWIFT
Important:
Bank details can be added later. However, they are required to start a project. It is recommended to provide them as soon as possible.
Step 1. Once all information is completed, click Create Company account.
You are then redirected to the Supplier framework agreement.
This agreement allows you to work with clients even if you are not yet a referenced supplier, thanks to an intermediary contractual framework.
Important:
The agreement must be signed by a person authorized to legally represent the company.
Step 2. Review the agreement.
Step 3. Check the acceptance box.
Step 4. Click Sign agreement.
Once the Company account is created, the information provided is reviewed. After validation, you can access the platform and respond to RFPs.
