Definition of the anonymization of proposals feature
This premium feature allows the anonymization of the personal data within the proposals received on your Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
This means that the operationals or managers will not have access to the full name of the consultants or freelancers that have been sent to your RFPs by their business manager or by themselves. |
This option can be highly advantageous since it will allow your organization of respecting and keeping in line with your current or future policies of anonymization.
As a premium feature, in order to benefit from it, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, or the Support Team so as to activate it.

How the anonymization of proposals work
As you may see in the screenshot below, when you as an Operational or Manager come to the Page listing the proposals for a project in your scope, you will note that within the information column, only the trigram of the consultant or freelancer is visible.
|
A trigram takes the first letter of the first name of the user and two letters from the last name, for example: John Doe - JDO |
Once the mission has started, the name of the consultant will be displayed in full to help with the follow-up of the projects.
Regarding the candidate competence files, it is the title of the file that will become visible.
This means that the anonymization of the competence file of the candidate will depend on how the business manager has named the file. |
It is good to know that a banner will be displayed on the RFP page when the supplier sends their proposal, reminding them that if the client has activated the feature for anonymization of proposals, they should not include the personal details of the candidates on the title of the proposal.
