The different status available for your projects

When you wish to verify the status of your projects, you may use the tab at the top of the screen titled "My projects", you will be redirected to the missions table view where you will be able to segment and organise your missions by status by clicking on the column titled so. 

Find below the different status you may find: 

 

Status

Description
Project yet to start You have been selected for the Request for Proposals (RFP) in questions and the project will start on the date listed on the RFP.
In progress You have been selected for the Request for Proposals (RFP) in questions and the project has started
Completed The project has been completed and you will be able to find the corresponding invoices in the tab titled Activity Report / Invoices
Legal verification in progress

You have been selected for the RFP in question and in order to start the project, LittleBig Connection needs to verify that your legal and financial documentation are up-to-date and that your Client has sent us the Purchase Order.

If the status of your mission stays on "Legal verification in progress", please find below the actions you can take.

The status of " Legal verification in progress" on a project

 When the status of your project "PO-xxxxx-x" has the status of Legal verification in progress, there may be three possible reasons for your project to be given the status of Legal verification in progress: 

  • It is possible that we may be waiting for the Purchase Order from the client in order to validate the project and henceforth allow you to fill in your Activity Report
    • In this instance, please get in touch with your point of contact for the client and inform them of the need to share with our support team the relevant Purchase order
  • It is possible that the legal documents on the platform are not up to date
    • Please make sure to upload an updated version of your legal documents at your earliest convenience then notify the support team
  • Verify that the banking details that you have added to the platform are up to date and correct
    • To modify your banking details, you as the director of the account should access the Company tab then click on Settings, two new sub-menu options will appear, click on the one called Invoicing then scroll down to the section titled Company bank details, where you will be able to add/modify/update your banking details
