How to add a new collaborator
It is very likely that, as the person in your service company account with the role of "Director" or administrator, it may fall down to you to send invitations to your collaborators.
Please note that only Company Directors will be able to add new collaborators and assign to them the role of either Director or Business Manager. |
To add a new collaborator please access your account:
- Go to the Company tab and select the sub-menu titled "Collaborators of Name of company"
- Click the button on the left called "Add a new collaborator", located under the menus to manage collaborators
At this stage you have two options, you may add either:

- An internal salaried collaborator - This means that the consultant is employed by your company
- Sharing their identity to the client is possible
- An external candidate file - This type of consultant is in process of being hired by your company
- Although this option enables you to keep a certain level of confidentiality in regard to their identity (first and last name, email, etc.) we recommend using full profiles (for salaried collaborators) when sending proposals to the clients
- An internal salaried collaborator - This means that the consultant is employed by your company
A) Add an internal salaried collaborator by selecting the option titled like it:

Fill in all the relevant fields

Upload the Curriculum Vitae of the new collaborator

Select the role of the collaborator (director, business manager or consultant)
- Create the account

- Upload the Curriculum Vitae of the collaborator

Tip - change the role of a collaborator
As an account director, if you wish to change the role of one of your collaborators, the steps to follow are similar than those to add a new collaborator.
Start by going to the Company tab and select the sub-menu titled "Collaborators of Name of the company".
You will be redirected towards the main page to manage the account collaborators. Here you will be able to filter by user role, be it director/administrator, business manager, collaborators to validate and candidate files.
To assign the role of account director or business manager to any of your collaborators, find their profile from the list and, click/unclick the tick box corresponding to the role you would like to assign/unassign to them.

How to add a new collaborator:
As a Business manager in the account, it is very likely that you may find the need to add new consultants, namely, to position them on your proposals to new Requests for Proposals.
Here you will have two options, you may add either:
- An internal salaried collaborator - This means that the consultant is part of your company
- Sharing their identity to the client is possible
- An external candidate file - This type of consultant is in process of being hired by your company
- This option enables you to keep a certain level of confidentiality in regard to their identity (first and last name, email, etc.)
A) Add an internal salaried collaborator by selecting the option titled like it:

If you have the role of consultant and would like/require to be assigned the role of Business manager, don't hesitate to contact the people identified as "Director/Administrator" and communicate to them your request to change your level of access.

Join a service company from an email invitation
If your Service Company informs you that you must start using the LittleBig Connection platform and shares an invitation with you via email, you will receive an email as shown below. It is highly recommended to follow the link to set up your account and create your password.
We recommend that you complete your profile to 100% as soon as possible:
Note that the type of account created by default implies having the role of a consultant, and you will not be able to change this.
If you need a higher level of access, don't hesitate to access the "Company" tab and have a look at the sub-menu "Collaborators of Name of account".
Here you will find a further menu on the top of the page that will allow you to differentiate/filter the directors/administrators of the account and allow you to contact them with the request to change your access levels.

Using the platform when you already have a client
If as a service provider, you are already in collaboration with a client company with whom you have existing agreements, it is very likely that you find yourself in one of the following situations:
- You have not yet been set up as a preferred supplier within your client's environment
- You have already been set up as a preferred supplier within your client's environment
If you have not yet been set up as a preferred supplier within your client's environment, please reach out to your dedicated contact on their side, to allow them to make the request on their side to their LittleBig Connection teams in responsible for their follow up.
Once itis done, you will find within the main Request for Proposals (RFPs) page, the RPFs created by your client that have been shared with you.
If you have already been set up as a preferred supplier within your client's environment, simply access the main page holding the list of Requests for Proposals and use the filters available to find the most relevant projects for you.

How to join an existing service company
If you are currently employed by a service company and have created an account in our platform, but have not yet joined your employer's company account, you have the possibility to join them by following the steps below:
- Please go to the "Profile" icon and click on the sub-menu titled "Account settings"
- From the submenu title "Settings", please go to the option titled "Company I work for"
- Use the search bar to find the name of your company, once you do, click on it to join the existing service company account
It is possible to associate only one email address per company. To manage and process the affiliation to a different company, it will become necessary to use a supplementary email address. |
Once your affiliation request has been sent through, the administrator of the company will be notified and able to validate your request, once they have validated your request on their side, they will also be able to assign you a role amongst those available.
