Add collaborators
As an Administrator or Business manager, you can add collaborators on the platform.
Steps to add a collaborator
Step 1. Go to the Company tab.
Step 2. Click Collaborators.
Step 3. In the top-right corner, click Add a collaborator.
Step 4. In the window that opens, select at the top:
Associate Collaborator, or
Candidate file.
Good to know
A candidate file allows you to respond to a Request of Proposal (RFP) without immediately creating an account for your Consultant or revealing their identity.
Complete the required information
For a collaborator
Provide at least:
Last name
First name
Email address
Role on the platform (the Consultant role is selected by default)
Important
Business managers can only assign the Consultant role when adding a collaborator.
Only Administrators can assign the roles of Business manager or Company Director.
For a candidate file
Upload the Consultant’s CV in PDF format.
Add a title to the document.
Step 5. Click Create profiles at the bottom of the window to complete the process.
Add multiple collaborators at once
If you want to add several collaborators or candidate files:
Step 1. After completing the required fields, click Add another collaborator.
Step 2. Repeat the process as many times as necessary.
Manage received affiliation requests
As an Administrator, you can accept or reject affiliation requests from collaborators who registered independently.
Steps to validate or reject an affiliation request
Step 1. Go to the Company tab.
Step 2. Click Collaborators.
Step 3. In the top-right corner, click Pending Approval.
Step 4. On the received requests page, for each collaborator:
Select Company Director to grant the highest level of control.
Select Business manager to allow supervision of projects and Consultants.
Click Add a collaborator to confirm the affiliation.
Click the Trash icon to reject the request.
Change a collaborator’s role
As an Administrator, you can change a collaborator’s role at any time.
Steps to modify a role
Step 1. Go to the Company tab.
Step 2. Click Collaborators.
You will access the list of all collaborators affiliated with your company.
Step 3. Locate the relevant profile.
Step 4. Enable or disable the toggle for Company Director or Business manager, depending on your needs.
